How wonderful a mother and son writing team… my eldest writes too, perhaps one day we will write together too. 🙂
We work together and we really like it. We think a lot a like but also think differently enough to each bring special ideas to the story line. Thank you Marje and I hope you do it really is a great experience!
It is certainly something we have talked about in the past, but she is currently deep in her final year studies at University, so it may have to wait for now.

WOW, Wendy & Charles, you two have put my efforts to shame and what a wonderful way for a mother and her son to bond. Congratulations on your accomplishments! So glad you found my little corner of the world. Thank you for following the Cow Pasture Chronicles and welcome to the fence jumpers. @sheilamgood at Cow Pasture Chronicles
Hi Sheila! It’s nice to meet you through blogs! Thank you for your comments and I look forward to reading more of your posts! have a great week!
You too!
Hi Madalyn, My interest is in most things. I dabble in a bit of everything. If your ADD stands for Attention Deficit, then I am always interested in that. My sons had issues with that and more. Youngest has dyslexia and cross modalities and learning in general for all my kids was a struggle. I hope you have a fantastic week! yeah, the gremlins like to hide the comment box, reply box, or just hide stuff in general and make posting or sharing a pain. Have a great week!
WOW – you guys are prolific! Until I get my new classes started in the fall, I have little time for recreational reading – but I do try to get around the blogs as I have dribs and drabs of time to spare (and on breaks – busman’s holiday, huh?)
I started reading your Shadowman post where the child was found (and the policewoman changed only her blouse “in a hurry.”) I have to say it made the hair on my arms stand on end! Not only compelling, it reminds me of some of the darker detective series I follow on HULU (no TV, but I sometimes like to have a show playing in the background as I work).
Surely you’re not writing Shadowman for the YA audience (or has that audience changed A LOT since my day?). I’m wondering if you have network dreams. From what I’ve read, it could happen.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog – and for the follow. I’ve read a number of pages on your fine blog, but this is the first post I visited where I could leave a comment. WordPress Gremlins again – or do you close comments after a few days?
In any case, I’ll be back.
xx,
mgh
Hi Madelyn, Thank you for the comment! No this book is definitely not for the YA genre. This will be adult horror, sci/fi type book. It started with a short story I read and I took an element from it and ran with it. I hope to get a chance to chat with you more. I leave comments open.
Then it’s the WordPress Gremlins making your comments box disappear – every time they “fix” or change things, something else gets broken. Reblog & like buttons disappearing, to date – but now this (along with a slew of nonsense that happens in the html on save). ::groan::
I’m old enough to remember when beta testers checked things out BEFORE they went live, so current practices make me crazy.
What’s your interest in ADDandSoMuchMORE.com?
xx,
mgh
